All of our menu items are made to order by our kitchen staff and served up fresh! Whether you're stopping in for breakfast on the go, a quick lunch or dinner of a burger and a beer - you can count on home-style goodness.

Finest ingredients = finest food
We use some of the finest ingredients available: Boar's Head meats and cheeses for our deli, breakfast meats from local Saylor's Meats, Pat LaFrieda's beef for our burgers, hand cut fries, fresh bread delivered daily!

Mom always said "If you wouldn't eat it, don't serve it!" We're proud to serve our guests something they really love, because we're more than fast food. You can expect house recipes and home-made specials at Pop's Kitchen and Taproom.
Our story begins in a small town
Pop's Kitchen and Taproom is a story of a father and his sons. After many years in construction, we had the opportunity to venture out and start Pop's. Well, we weren't always called Pop's ... we were 'Interstate Market'. Doesn't exactly sound like a place for a burger and a beer, does it?

While we've always served great sandwiches and breakfast, our full menu and ability to serve beer came later. More than 30 years in, we've gone through an expansion for more kitchen and seating, added our extensive selection of craft beer, underwent a much-needed name change and built a bar with a dozen taps.

Pop is no longer with us and is missed greatly by all who knew him, so every day we do our best to honor him and make him proud. His youngest son, John, has taken the reigns and while he is not the original Pop, he is honored every time a customer calls him by that name.​
